Nadya Molina's expertise has helped our daughter with social and emotional development as well as helping to diminish problem behaviors. She has a gift for understanding and working with kids on the spectrum.

"Nadya has been an invaluable resource for our teenage son with Asperger's. She has a great rapport with him, and was able to make him comfortable with the diagnosis. She helped a lot with educational issues, and does a wonderful job building his self-esteem. She is always available when I am in crisis, and she inevitably calms me down. She has an exceptional understanding of Asperger's."

Nadya has been working with our family for 3 years and has made a world of difference in our lives. Her work with my son (PDD-NOS) has been amazing with great results at school and at home. It's been a long and difficult journey for our family, but Nadya's presence has allowed us to tackle challenges that used to seem insurmountable. I don't think we could have found anyone more caring, knowledgeable and professional.
Coqui Aspiazu, Virginia
"Nadya gave a three hour talk about behavior and the adopted child. It was an excellent talk and the audience was glued to their seat during her session. I wish I would have attended a session like this 13 years ago before I started parenting".

Thanks to Nadya our family
has had an advocate and a guide for dealing with our son’s
autism, she has been available to us on multiple occasions,
sometimes on very short notice, to help when dealing with situations
at school and at home. Thanks to her counseling and help our
son has improved his social skills and ability to perform well
in school. She has made a big difference in our lives and we
are grateful for her professional help and loving assistance.
She is hands down the most effective and successful counselor
we have ever dealt with, we can whole heartedly recommend her
services to anyone who has a child with a learning disability
or suffers from autism.
Sincerely,
Dwin and Paula Craig, Virginia
During the past few years, Nadya Molina has worked with several families in my special education preschool class. She has been highly effective in changing the behaviors of all the children we have shared. The children have had a range of behavior issues from autism spectrum to autistic, to emotionally disabled. Nadya has always worked closely with the families, as well as with the school staff that interacted with each of the children. She is supportive of the families and school staff, while giving clearly defined limits and expectations for the children, as well as support, to each of the children.
I have been a special education teacher for 15 years and I have an adult daughter who was a special education child. Nadya is by far the best behavior specialist I have ever worked with in all my personal experience with my child and my years of teaching. If Nadya had been available when our child was in school, we definitely would have used Nadya to help our child and to help us as we struggled with the impact our child had on our family life.
Nadya is highly effective with all children, but does not use aversive consequences. She teaches children how to gain self control, and learning to have self control is the basic issue for all types of behavior issues.
Nadya
makes children and families feel successful.

In my country we are blessed having many excellent professionals working in the mental health who are doing outstanding jobs and have been great help, but none of them as far as I know are specialist in adopted/ PI children.
It is very important for Families with PI children to find professionals who specialize in this field and have seen many of these children. The therapist must have a long practical experience in seeing difficult adopted/PI children in highly structured, focused and goal –directed therapy.
Nadya Molina meets all the necessary requirements. She has extensive experience in working with adopted/PI children, adolescent and family development and therapeutic principles. We were very blessed that she came to our home, stayed few days and set up an excellent family program. What matters is that the program is already working. Thanks to my good friend Dr. Federici for recommending Nadya Molina to come to our country.
Once again, many thanks to you, both of you are terrific!
